Somatic Trauma Healing Sessions
For panic, overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, heaviness, chronic stress, and trauma stored in the body. This is for clients who feel: •panic attacks or anxiety •emotional overwhelm •heaviness in the body •numbness or shutdown •difficulty breathing or sleeping •chronic tension or unexplained pain •“stuck” emotions that won’t move •wired, tired, or unable to relax How it helps: A gentle, body-based approach that supports your nervous system, releases stored trauma, reduces panic, and helps you feel safe and grounded again.
Relationship & Attachment Coaching
For repeating patterns, heartbreak, betrayal, toxic dynamics, conflict, codependency, and emotional disconnection. This is for clients dealing with: •painful relationship cycles •choosing emotionally unavailable partners •conflict, distance, or fear of closeness •betrayal or infidelity •people-pleasing or losing themselves •codependency •emotional reactivity •childhood wounds showing up in love How it helps: We uncover the patterns beneath your reactions, heal attachment wounds, and build emotional safety — so you can relate from clarity, truth, and strength.
Trauma Support for Difficult Life Events
For birth trauma, perinatal shock, medical trauma, accidents, loss, and overwhelming life transitions. This is for clients who experienced: •difficult or traumatic birth •postpartum emotional crash •medical events or surgeries •accidents or frightening incidents •sudden shocks, grief, or emotional collapse •events the mind has moved on from, but the body hasn’t How it helps: Somatic support to process the emotional + physical aftershocks of overwhelming events, restore safety in the body, and reconnect with strength and stability.
