How can you deal with fear?
In this time, and with everything happening around us, it is very natural to feel fear, stress or even a kind of heaviness or shutdown. Even in the Qur’an, Allah says: “We will certainly test you with a touch of fear and famine and loss of property, life, and crops. Give good news to those who patiently endure.” (Al-Baqarah 2:155) So feeling fear and stress is part of life… but how do we be patient with it? And how do we deal with it? What do I mean when I say this is normal?
