Grounding Meditation for Stress Relief in Times of Uncertainty

In times of ongoing stress and uncertainty, the body can remain on high alert. We may experience tension, racing thoughts, tightness in the chest, or even numbness and disconnection.

This guided grounding meditation is designed to help you reconnect with your body, gently release stored stress, and return to a deeper sense of steadiness.

You can return to this practice anytime you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsettled.
